Founded in 1990 by Steven Taylor, the company reflects his caring and dedicated approach to consulting. Steven served 18 years in Fortune 500 companies, culminating as Director of Sales Forecasting at Revlon, Inc., the cosmetics manufacturer. He was also a graphics designer for a management consulting firm in the healthcare field. Steven earned his M.B.A. degree from NYU and his B.S. degree from Syracuse University, the College of Business Administration.

• I do some of this work myself, and I assign seasoned trainers for specialty programs.
  We work mostly in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
  and with Adobe product families (especially Photoshop).
• We setup QuickBooks. We synchronize smart-phones. We do iPods … and more.
• We’re particularly adept with novices and seniors, and patient with the reluctant.
